Shipping policy

All Cookin orders are processed within 2-4  business days of purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details. Orders are shipped directly from our fulfilment partner to ensure fast delivery and secure packaging.

Delivery Timeframes

We offer free tracked shipping Australia-wide on all orders.

Typical delivery times are approximately 2 weeks on all orders. 

These estimates are based on standard business days and may vary slightly during peak periods or public holidays.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reputable couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. All deliveries include full tracking information which will be sent via email once dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your dispatch email.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@cookin.com.au and we’ll investigate with our shipping partners.

Cookin is not responsible for delays caused by courier backlogs, natural events, or circumstances outside our control, but we’ll always do our best to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, email us as soon as possible — once your order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change delivery details.
