How It Works...

  • Get Set Up

    Fully charge the Cookin base, unplug a probe and insert it into the thickest part of your meat. Make sure the white ring is fully inside the meat so the probe wont overheat.

  • Choose your doneness

    Open the app, select the type of meat you’re cooking and choose your preferred level of doneness (rare, medium, well done, etc).

  • Track your temperatures

    Watch the live temperature on the Cookin base screen or on your phone from anywhere around the house. No more standing over the BBQ or constantly checking your phone.

  • Perfect results

    When your food reaches the target temperature, you’ll hear an alarm. Take the meat off the heat, rest it for a few minutes, and enjoy a perfectly cooked piece of meat.

How does it work?

Cookin uses smart wireless probes to monitor your meat’s internal temperature while you cook. You can view real-time readings directly on the base screen or connect via Bluetooth using the app for detailed tracking and alerts.

Do I need to use the app?

Nope! You can use Cookin completely on its own. The built-in display on the base shows live temperature readings and alerts perfect for quick cook-ups or when you’d rather leave your phone inside.

Is it dishwasher safe?

Yes. All Cookin probes are made from food-grade stainless steel with a heat-resistant ceramic top and are 100% dishwasher safe for easy clean-up.

How far away can I monitor my cook?

The Bluetooth range is up to100 metres outdoors(depending on your environment). Indoors, expect around20–30 metres through walls.
